Great area of the city with plenty to explore.
Check-in at a sister hotel was disorienting. The absence of staff at Hotel Rivoli made accessing the building uncomfortable. I also found the room quite cramped and lacking basic amenities like air conditioning.

Has great restaurant.
Everything is great here, had a really really nice stay during our visit. The continental breakfast with free wifi and local dishes, as for instance is the highlight. The location is great and unbeatable, the check in is easy. Sendling-Westpark district deserves to be explored.

Beautiful clean central hotel not far from the center, among other things directly at public funds. Free parking available in the surrounding area. Shopping possibilities in direct proximity available.

The comfortable mattress made for a restful sleep. I appreciated the hot breakfast buffet, offering fresh pastries. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the nearby U-Bahn. Checking in at the sister hotel was confusing, especially with no staff present at The Rivoli. No air conditioning made the warm night a bit uncomfortable. Friendly staff were attentive and helpful .

I really enjoyed the clean room and the great variety of breakfast options 🥐 Although the absence of A/C made it a bit uncomfortable on hot nights, the location near Harras metro was super handy!

Unbeatable and decent location on the supermarket, suited our needs. Tried some nice meals at Mehfil, located near the hotel. We really enjoyed the room with good breakfast, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room was clean, but the bathroom could use some serious scrubbing.

Clean and tidy hotel being in an excellent location for public transport into Munich. Also a good choice of breakfast menu for the price range of the hotel.
The major downside is very high noise levels from late at night and starting again at about 5am. The very high noise comes from the road outside, the small car park behind the hotel and the central stone stairway that runs through the hotel. Unbelievable and not acceptable. Even the hotel staff smoke outside making noise from early evening to late at night. Pity as otherwise a good little hotel. However if you want some sleep do not stay here.

Great location directly at the Harras. Very easy to reach. I had a very quiet inner courtyard room. Top price for equipment and comfort. No big luxury and rooms quite small but very suitable for a weekend trip.
I have nothing to complain about.

They moved me to 4 star hotel 100 metres up the street. Same price & excellent room. Hotel clerk was very helpful at 4 AM with useful advice on train to airport.
